Blue Sky Apart Hotel in Batumi had occupancy of at least 95 percent in July and August, BMG reported on 14 September 2026, citing the hotel's manager. Tourist flows fall noticeably in September, she said, but occupancy has so far stayed at or above 50 percent. The figures cover a single hotel and do not describe the whole Batumi market.
Blue Sky Apart Hotel has 795 apartments. It is part of Blue Sky Tower, a GEL 200 million investment project by the developer Like House.
