Archi Founder Says Memorandum Signed with Hilton for Tbilisi Hotel
According to Archi's founder, as reported by BMG on September 24, 2026, a memorandum was signed with Hilton for the brand's first five-star hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel was to be part of the Grand Avenue complex. The final contract was expected shortly, the report said.
According to the report, the complex was to include a sports complex with a hall of more than 3,000 sq. m and a 31-metre swimming pool. A padel center with nine courts was planned, along with tennis, football and basketball courts. Archi also develops branded residences, including Wyndham Residences.
