TEMPO opens Block A of Queen’s Residence in Batumi, plans one new project a year
BMG reports that TEMPO has completed the first phase of the Queen’s Residence complex on Batumi’s New Boulevard and formally opened Block A. The company’s head said construction began in May 2024 and took about two years and several months. The company plans to commission Block B in 2027 and Serenade by Tempo in 2028.
Founded in 2023, TEMPO has more than 90,000 sq. m under construction, including Serenade by Tempo and Sensa by Tempo. It owns about four hectares of land near New Boulevard, where a new project is being designed. According to BMG’s report of 24 September 2026, TEMPO intends to launch one project a year over the next four years.
