Quadrum Global Georgia Plans to Open Urban Mall in Kutaisi by Year-End with $25 Million Investment
Quadrum Global Georgia plans to open the Urban Mall shopping centre in Kutaisi by the end of the year, BMG reports. The company's marketing director describes it as the group's first regional project. No more precise opening date has been given.
The project involves an investment of $25 million and a total leasable area of 22,000 sq. m. The company expects the centre to create more than 600 jobs. Urban Mall will operate as a retail park, and a large-format Domino hypermarket is planned there.
