Batumi's Ambassadori Island Had Planned 170,000 sq. m City Mall, Opening Set for 2029
According to a BMG report of September 28, 2026, a City Mall Batumi was planned for Ambassadori Island in Batumi. The project's total construction area was 170,000 sq. m, according to the developer. The mall was to bring together more than 300 international and local brands, food outlets and entertainment zones.
Ambassadori Island Batumi and IG Development Georgia signed an agreement in 2025. Opening was planned for 2029. According to the developer, the project's name, scale and architectural concept had already been approved.
