Managers in Georgia averaged 3,609 lari a month in 2025
In 2025, managers had the highest average monthly nominal salary among the main occupational groups in Georgia: 3,609 lari. For unskilled workers the figure was 1,132 lari. The figures were published by Geostat.
Among managers, women earned 2,713 lari on average and men 4,312 lari. Men earned about 59% more than women.
Annual employer costs per employee are reported separately, at 26,671 lari on average. Pay accounts for 97.4% and other costs for 2.6%. In financial and insurance activities annual costs per employee were 51,494 lari, and in other services 14,537 lari.
