73% of Apartments Due in 2027 Sold in Surveyed Tbilisi Projects
In September 2026, Galt & Taggart surveyed developers of more than 100 ongoing residential projects in Tbilisi, covering roughly half of the primary market. According to the survey, 73% of apartments due for completion in 2027 have been sold.
The survey results are included in the August housing market report, published on 23 October 2026.
