Seven-Building Complex Planned on Elbakidze Ascent in Tbilisi
Commersant on 29 October 2026 published details from the explanatory note of a Sakanela Development project: a mixed-use complex of 7 buildings is planned on Elbakidze Ascent in Tbilisi. Five blocks are intended for commercial use and two for housing.
The tallest block is planned at 31 floors, up to 114.1 metres high. According to the publication, an interim approval has been received for the seven blocks.
