Government leases Saguramo state property to Guramishvili Marani until November 2033
The Georgian government has leased state property in Saguramo, Mtskheta Municipality, to Guramishvili Marani until November 2033, BM.GE reports. The state remains the owner.
Under Government Decree No. 2495, the company will pay the state rent of 11,556 lari a year. The lease covers three land plots and the buildings on them, with a combined area of over 3,000 square meters.
The contract sets two obligations. Within a month of signing, the company must agree with the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation on upkeep of the site recognized as a cultural heritage monument. Within 12 months of signing, it must also pay the sum due for the property's earlier unauthorized use.
