Bioli Wellness Resort at 70%–75% occupancy at the end of October
At the end of October, Bioli Wellness Resort was 70%–75% full, with occupancy reaching 90%–95% in the peak summer season. BM.GE relayed the founder's figures, which apply to this resort only.
The founder said the resort hosted fewer guests from the Gulf region this year than in 2024 and 2025. The drop, tied to the conflict in the Middle East, is offset by a rise in guests from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
The resort now has 17 cottages. The founder also noted strong demand for medical wellness services.
