Ein wunderschönes Hotel in Borjomi, ganz in der Nähe des Kurparks. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich und die Zimmer sind ansprechend. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend.

Прекрасный отель, расположенный рядом с парком. Нам очень понравилось хорошо сохранившееся историческое здание во время нашего пребывания. Мы также наслаждались прекрасным спа. Очень гостеприимный персонал заставил нас почувствовать себя как дома. Рекомендую!

Returning to this hotel felt like reuniting with family. It was my second stay, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere made me feel less like a guest and more like a family member. The hospitality and warmth here are exceptional.

A heartfelt shoutout to Eliso at the reception and Roman Nikolaevich. They are genuinely kind and caring individuals, always ready to assist and ensure that you have everything you need. Thanks to them and the entire team for making me feel right at home.

The hotel's architectural design is its standout feature; it's beautifully shaped and has historical importance. Being close to various attractions is a big plus. Breakfast is complimentary but quite basic. Unfortunately, there were several issues: the beds were not comfortable, the noise levels were high, there was no bidet, and air conditioning was missing (only fans were provided). The rooms required better ventilation. Overall, it's not an experience I'd want to repeat.

We spent last weekend there and it was amazing. The hotel's atmosphere is unbeatable! We adored the historical charm, and the spa was definitely the highlight. It felt like true luxury having the spa all to ourselves, and we finally found a jacuzzi that was hot enough! The service was excellent, both welcoming and prompt. The rooms have a retro feel, which fits the overall vibe. It's, without a doubt, the most relaxing and beautiful hotel in Borjomi. Highly recommend!

Современный новый отель в идеальном месте

This was one of the most charming places I've ever stayed. The architecture is beautiful. Having private access to the spa was incredibly luxurious, and the complimentary breakfast made it an excellent deal.

The customer service was outstanding. The staff made us feel very welcome, and a big thank you to the receptionist for mailing my keys back and to the housekeeper who found them in the room.
