Hotel "Crown Plaza Borjomi"

I was let down by my stay. The location of the hotel is nice, but the service was lacking. The staff weren't attentive, it took a long time to address requests, and the overall customer service didn't meet the expectations for this type of hotel. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider staying here again unless there's a significant improvement in service.

מלון מדהים, שירות מצוין. חדרים מרווחים, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. הספא והבריכה מאוד נוחים. יש חניה חינם לאורחים, מומלץ בחום! נמצא במרחק הליכה מהפארק, והכניסה לפארק חינם לאורחי המלון.

Я не был гостем в отеле, но накануне пришел туда на ужин. Обслуживание оказалось совсем не таким, как я ожидал. Я заказал бутылку вина и пиццу. Бутылка вина стояла на баре передо мной больше 10 минут. Мне пришлось позвать официанта, чтобы он принёс её, и она пришла вместе с пиццей! Затем я попросил острое оливковое масло, но у них был только табаско, и его было буквально несколько капель. Они извинились, сказав: "Это всё, что осталось из табаско". Очень разочарован, особенно учитывая, что я с нетерпением ждал посещения этого отеля на свой день рождения.

We had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, the service was excellent, and the facilities were stunning.

Отель хорош, персонал на ресепшене очень приветливый. Нам дали номер с двумя телевизорами. Кондиционер не работал, но мы позвонили, и сотрудники очень любезно помогли. Еда отличная, но есть и минусы: обои в комнате были повреждены, а в бассейне не хватает плитки. Главное преимущество отеля — прекрасный вид на реку и горы, а также отличное место для детей.

Очень роскошный отель!

The most stunning hotel in all of Georgia. The location and the staff were absolutely perfect. A big thank you to everyone who works there 🤍.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Borjomi Central Park, which you can enter for free as a guest. You can even drink mineral water straight from the source there. The hotel grounds are nice too, featuring a waterfall. However, there were several disappointing aspects. As a prominent brand under a major hotel group that made $1.2 billion last year, I expected better standards. Unfortunately, our suite was quite worn out. The carpet was dirty and stained, there were scratches on the furniture and walls, several lights were out, and the air conditioning had problems. The bathroom also flooded during the shower, and the lighting around the mirror was insufficient. We tried room service, but the food quality was underwhelming; the club sandwich had too much bread and lacked taste, and the French fries were soggy. While these issues might seem minor individually, they shouldn't occur in a high-end international hotel that charges over $200 per night. Many other guests also noted the poor condition of their rooms. It appears that management isn't very proactive; they only respond with generic replies but don't seem to address the problems effectively.
