A unique natural phenomenon on this massif is also the Tekenteri karst well (16 meters deep, at an altitude of 1,620 meters above sea level). It is possible to enter the well through the hollow of a beech tree, the roots of which have grown into the walls of the well.
On the top of Khvamli there is a small church named after him. St. George. On the 49th day after Easter, "Khvamloba" is held here — a national and religious holiday.

Здесь готовила свои целебные снадобья мифическая Медея, волшебница и возлюбленная Ясона. Грузинский Пррметей (Амирани) был прикован к скале в одной из пещер Хвамли, а Геракл здесь совершил один их своих подвигов. В тяжёлые времена грузинские цари прятали сокровища в пещерах.
На массиве, на высоте 1700 метров, находится «морозильник Бога», где даже в самый знойный летний сезон образуются сосульки. Уникален также карстовый колодец Текентери глубиной в 16 метров, на высоте 1 620 метров. Войти в колодец возможно через дупло букового дерева, корни которого вросли в стены колодца.
На вершине Хвамли стоит маленькая церковь им. Святого Георгия. На 49 день после Пасхи– здесь народный и религиозный праздник.
