The service was awful. The staff, including the waiters and cashier, were so rude I thought it was a prank. They refuse to split the bill and demand cash payment in a very impolite way. They somehow managed to make our credit cards get declined, which didn't happen anywhere else. Completely dishonest. They forgot our khinkali order, and even after several reminders, it took about an hour to arrive while others who came later were served first. Avoid this place at all costs. You'll thank me later.

Заказали хинкали и грибы на кеце с сулугуни. Хинкали оказались очень острыми, таких в Грузии ещё не пробовали. Были с детьми, никто из них не смог есть, я с трудом съела одну. Грибы тоже не впечатлили.

В этом ресторане не признают свои ошибки в блюдах и кричат на посетителей. Грузинского гостеприимства и дружелюбия здесь нет. Не рекомендую сюда приходить, чтобы не испортить себе настроение.

Плохое обслуживание. Первый раз ели здесь — было нормально, вернулись снова и были шокированы. Мясо в остри оказалось жестким и жилистым. Грибы с сулугуни на кеце выглядели как высохшие, сыр не расплавлен. Вызвали официантку, блюдо унесли без слов. В счете грибы были, попросили убрать, администратор пришел, начал кричать, что мы ищем скандала, сказал, что в Батуми грибы всегда такие😂🤦♀️ Он даже потрогал наш хачапури, который мы не доели (после этого не стали). В итоге грибы из счета убрали, но сюда больше ни ногой и никому не советую.
