Absolute disappointment. Walking into the store, I was shadowed by a seemingly grumpy saleswoman. Approaching the checkout didn’t help — she disappeared deeper inside. When I finally demanded to pay, her face reflected sheer annoyance, and yet she processed it. The book I bought was neither bagged nor did I get a receipt. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs.

False advertising. Rude employees who wouldn’t replace a faulty toy, and no refund offered. Avoid.
