Miramar Luxury Residences — Hotel

I stayed at this hotel in Batumi for a week, and it was a very disappointing experience. We had a room with a sea view, which was nice, but the constant construction noise from the nearby site ruined any chance of relaxation. The loud sounds of cranes and drilling went on for almost 12 hours every day, making it impossible to enjoy our stay.

The service was terrible. The in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn't contact the reception or request anything from my room. For even the smallest needs, I had to either go to the 14th floor or try to message them on WhatsApp, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging high rates.

Housekeeping was lacking as well. During our entire week, the bed linens were never changed, coffee wasn’t replenished on several occasions, and there was no replacement for the shower gel. Basic cleanliness was poor; when we turned on the fan, dust fell into the room, indicating that hidden areas hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Communication was also a major issue. The cleaning staff came at random times without any notice, and since the room phone didn’t work, I couldn’t easily reach out to anyone.

On our last day, the experience was the worst. There was no way to inform them that we needed an extra hour for checkout. A staff member banged on our door at checkout time, insisting we leave immediately, despite my wife getting dressed and me packing. Even after we asked for just a bit of extra time, they sent someone else to repeat the demand, which felt rude and unprofessional.

They hurried us out without any courtesy or consideration. No one inquired about our flight or offered to help with our luggage. The lack of hospitality and basic service was shocking.

While the property has apartment-style amenities like a kitchen and a washing machine, the overall experience, including service, cleanliness, and communication, was far from acceptable. Having stayed at many five-star hotels, I can confidently say this place doesn’t deserve the luxury title. It was noisy, poorly managed, and lacked essential guest support. I truly wonder how guests would get help in an emergency.

They charge high rates, but the service is subpar. Even budget hotels provide better hospitality than this one.

הכל היה חדש, והצוות היה מאוד מהיר בתגובה! לדוגמה, ביקשתי עוד שמיכה דרך הוואטסאפ, ובזמן שהגעתי למעלית, הפקיד מהקבלה כבר יצא עם השמיכה ושאל אם אנחנו בסדר ואם צריך עוד משהו. כך היה גם עם הצוות בבוקר.
המלון נקי, אמין, החדרים גדולים והנוף ממש יפה, קרוב לדולפינריום.
הם גם אפשרו לנו להשאיר את המזוודות אחרי הצ'ק אאוט, כך שיכולנו לנצל את הזמן עד לטיסה.

Не рекомендую этот отель. Основная проблема - отсутствие гибкости в тарифах на ранний заезд. Сначала нам сказали, что можно заехать с 7 утра за 25% от стоимости, но потом цена поднялась до 50% после общения администратора с менеджером. Мы не могли отказаться от этих условий, так как дети, включая грудного, очень устали после ночного поезда. Состояние номера, который нам предоставили, было посредственным и не соответствовало названию luxury residences, заявленным 4 звездам и цене, которую мы заплатили.

Очень плохой опыт проживания в отеле. Мы заехали рано утром с грудным ребенком, а менеджер отказался нас заселить без дополнительной оплаты. Я отправила запрос на отмену бронирования, но никто не ответил. Никогда не сталкивались с таким сервисом, это абсолютно не ориентировано на клиентов. Не будем рекомендовать это место никому и сами не вернемся. Также хочу отметить, что в номере за такие деньги висят грязные занавески (фото прилагаю).

المكان نظيف ومرتب، وموقعه ممتاز جداً حيث يمكنك الوصول إلى كل شيء سيراً على الأقدام دون الحاجة للسيارة. الغرفة كانت أصغر مما توقعت، لكن لا تزال جميلة. يوجد مصعد وتكييف هواء وخدمة واي فاي وتنظيف يومي. الشطاف مهم جداً. الموقع رائع، مع إطلالة على البحر والممشى والمدينة. قريب من برج الحروف وساحة أوروبا، وهناك شارع مليء بالمقاهي والمطاعم العربية والحلال.

I stayed at this hotel for 30 days, and it was a very nice experience overall. The housekeeping team was outstanding; the rooms were always clean, and they were consistently polite and professional. The reception staff was also fantastic, always ready to help and accommodating. They provided us with a great room rate, which led us to book an extra 5 rooms for our group, and everything went smoothly during our stay.

However, on check-out day, we were unexpectedly asked to pay extra charges, which was disappointing. Nonetheless, after discussing it with the staff, they managed it well and offered us a complimentary late check-out until 3 PM, which we appreciated.

My only suggestion is that clear communication from the start would enhance the experience. Overall, it was a really good stay, and I would still recommend this place.

Лучшие виды в Батуми! Обслуживание на высоком уровне, ресепшен работает круглосуточно и всегда готов помочь, даже в 3 часа ночи (если нужно что-то мелкое, как булавка или штопор). В номере чисто и аккуратно, приятный запах, уборка отличная. В общем, все супер, не пожалеете. Рекомендую выбирать номер в самом конце коридора с панорамными окнами на две стены — это лучшее решение.
