This hospital left me with a terrible experience! I was brought in by ambulance at night with severe abdominal pain and high fever. I was sent to the emergency department, where the doctor on duty seemed completely uninterested in my problems. He listened to my complaints without much enthusiasm, without asking any questions, and left. They admitted me, put me on a sodium chloride drip, ignoring my questions, and the next morning they said: “500 GEL and you can go home.”
When I expressed my indignation and said that I still felt bad, I was sent for a CT scan, where they discovered inflammation in the intestines and stomach. After that, I was transferred to the surgical department, where I spent two days and was discharged without a clear diagnosis and with incorrect prescriptions.
For two days the doctors and staff ignored me, but as soon as my husband showed up, everyone became attentive. On the day of discharge, a girl, presumably an accountant, came up to me and presented my husband with a bill for 2,500 lari (I don’t have insurance). We were ready to pay, but demanded a detailed calculation. She said it was at a discount and we had to pay 5 thousand. But she refused to provide the calculation. After the administration intervened, the amount decreased to 1,500 lari, but we still needed detailed expenses.
The doctor refused to issue Form 100 (with a conclusion and research results) on the day of discharge, saying to come back in 3 days. After contacting the administration, we were given a form, but only after persistent demand.
I do not recommend this hospital to anyone! The equipment may be normal, but the attitude towards patients is simply disgusting!
