This shop is one of my all-time favorites, and I've traveled quite a bit. I first came here about four years ago and was captivated by the concept of an organic almond farm with absolutely no waste. The almonds are some of the best I've ever tasted, and the almond cookies are simply amazing.

I also appreciate that the shop provides seasonal produce to the nearby hotel cafe. On this visit, I tried the suluguni cheese, baguette, and kefir, all of which were incredibly delicious.

The staff here are always so warm and friendly. I genuinely hope you continue to thrive and can’t wait for the day when I can visit both your shop and the farm.

If you're in Tbilisi, this shop is a must-visit. The atmosphere is fantastic, featuring products from local regenerative farms. The team—Luka, Anuky, Eka, Kato, and Ana—creates a warm and welcoming vibe, serving great coffee, excellent service, and good music. Definitely try the hot chocolate, fresh almonds, and locally made chocolates!

I ordered the Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup today, but it was spoiled. The lid was swollen, and after tasting it, I found it had a sour flavor, which shows that it had gone bad, even though it was within the supposed storage conditions and expiry date.

I contacted Wolt support about the issue, and they reached out to the store. The store claimed the soup met their standards and wouldn’t accept responsibility. They also told Wolt that the sour taste was due to the ginger and was normal, which is ridiculous because I can tell the difference between ginger and spoiled soup.

How is a swollen lid not a sign that the soup is bad? The lid was clearly swollen before I even opened it, which is unusual for a refrigerated soup with dairy. Plus, the sour taste adds to my concerns about food safety.

I've been a regular customer at this shop and often place orders through Wolt. Unfortunately, in my latest order, the cheese I received had some mouldy spots on it. I reached out to customer service and notified the shop about the issue, but I didn't get a refund or any satisfactory solution. This is really disappointing, especially given how frequently I order from here. I expected better quality and a more responsible response. It's simply unacceptable.
