Deceptive products and poor customer service.
I ordered entrecôte through Wolt, relying on the photo in the app. What I received was completely different. One piece was a proper entrecôte — a nice eye of meat. The other two cuts were full of thick connective tissue, gristle, and seam fat, resembling cheap shoulder meat rather than rib-section entrecôte. You can’t advertise one thing and send out random cuts, hoping the customer won’t notice.
The situation was made worse by their handling of the issue. Wolt support contacted the shop, and a staff member called me. I calmly explained the problem, but instead of helping, I was interrupted, told I was mistaken, and denied a refund. There was no apology or effort to resolve the issue. Their focus was on defending their mistake rather than correcting it, as if convincing the customer they are wrong is good service.
That’s what people need to pay attention to. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but a shop that argues, dismisses concerns, and keeps your money after sending the wrong product shows how they will treat you in the future. I learned this the hard way, but you don’t have to.

დავრეკეთ, რომ გავარკვიოთ ყაზბეგის ფილიალში კატლეტი ჰქონდათ თუ არა და გვითხრეს, რომ კი. თუმცა, როცა რამდენიმე წუთში მივედით, გვითხრეს, რომ კატლეტი არ ჰქონდათ. შევიძინეთ ქაბაბი, მაგრამ ძალიან ცუდი იყო. ხორცი რეზინა იყო და არანაირი გემო არ ჰქონდა. კატლეტი და ქაბაბი ორივე შემზიზღდა. დიდი მადლობა.
