The staff was incredibly kind, and I felt at ease due to the excellent service and friendly team. My privacy was respected, and the place looked beautiful. They frequently checked if I was comfortable during the procedure. I'm very pleased with the experience and would recommend it to everyone I know. I will definitely return! (For tourists and new students: There's an English speaker available too.)

This salon isn't ideal for waxing. While it appears clean and nice, the person who waxed me caused more harm than good, even though I repeatedly mentioned my sensitive skin and discomfort.
First, she didn't sanitize or dry the area. She also didn't prepare enough wax, and when it ran out, she used Nair hair removal cream without my consent, which I realized from the smell. Then she used a razor on my left side, causing pain. She brought more hot wax for the small hairs, but I stopped her and left quickly. She kept trying to sell me laser removal, which isn’t suitable for my skin type, showing a lack of knowledge about laser hair removal and waxing. She didn’t understand that she should discuss alternative methods with the client, especially when I requested and paid for waxing. Her English was limited, and she took 30 minutes to do it all, leaving me in more pain than any proper wax I've experienced.
Her hygiene was questionable as she washed her gloved hands without soap between steps and then tried to give me a head massage, telling me to relax, while I was trying to leave after a 30-minute ordeal. - N

I discovered a beauty salon on the map while searching for a place to dye my hair and decided to visit a stylist named Ms. Nana. She proved to be a very skilled professional, coloring my hair beautifully and carefully mixing the shades. I'm extremely happy with the outcome.
As a bonus, she styled my hair, which wasn't part of the price I paid.
The salon is clean and well-organized, with a courteous and friendly staff. They even offered me tea and sweets. I highly recommend this salon.
