The lash lift I received was one of the worst I've had; I can barely see any difference. It looked decent immediately after, but by the end of the day, it was hardly noticeable. It also seems like the tinting didn't take, even though I paid for it. If you're getting a lash lamination here and think it's ineffective, it's not the treatment but the salon. Usually, when I get a lash lift with tint, people notice and comment on how polished I look since I don’t wear mascara, but this time, no one could see any difference. It felt like a waste of both time and money.
As for the haircut, the stylist didn't speak English. After I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she washed my hair, she just started cutting without confirming the length with me. It seemed like she didn’t fully understand what I wanted. They did give me a discount, but I really regret getting that haircut.
I also had a pedicure with a nice lady, but she didn’t properly address the hard skin, especially on my heels.
On a positive note, the manicure turned out quite nice. The staff were friendly, but considering the quality of the services aside from the manicure, I can't rate this place higher than two stars.
