I keep ordering a full fried chicken, but I always receive breast pieces or other parts instead. It's really frustrating, and Bolt hasn't been helpful. The first time I didn't say anything, but after the third time, I complained and got no resolution. Bolt claimed it was a chicken cut into pieces, but I asked the support to clarify what was included, as I clearly received thighs instead of a whole chicken. It's disappointing to pay a lot for something that isn't what you advertise, especially when you claim to offer Halal options. If I wanted thighs specifically, I could just go to KFC. I wanted to share a photo of this, but there's no option to upload one.

I didn't place an order from this restaurant for one reason: the price on the app was lower than what they quoted me on WhatsApp, even though it was the same time. Essentially, ordering through the app would be cheaper for the same items, which doesn't make sense. It would be better if the prices matched across all platforms, including Google and the app, with their WhatsApp prices.
