Я ушла оттуда, все было хорошо, но женщина по имени Влада стала нас звать обратно! Не доверяйте ей, она оставит вас на произвол судьбы! У меня есть все скриншоты нашего диалога!!! Предупреждаю!!!

Была донором яйцеклеток и замораживала биоматериал в этой клинике, но столкнулась с непрофессионализмом и небрежностью. Врач Тамара назначила дозировку гормонов вдвое выше нормы, что вызвало сильный отёк и дискомфорт, а восстановление заняло около двух месяцев.

Сотрудники клиники, работающие с GGRC, забывали о необходимых анализах и готовы были провести пункцию с рисками для здоровья. Меня не направили на осмотр маммолога, хотя это было необходимо. Также не предупредили о правилах подготовки к пункции, и процедура проходила, когда я была в сознании.

Стоимость хранения биоматериала сначала была озвучена как 250$ в год, но позже увеличилась до 750$. Договор на руки не выдали, что вызывает недоверие к прозрачности ценообразования и условий хранения.

После консультации с юристом я решила забрать свой биоматериал, так как нет уверенности в стабильности условий и стоимости хранения. Не рекомендую эту клинику.

This clinic is a disaster. The staff is unprofessional, yelling at and intimidating patients, calling them liars, and cutting costs everywhere. They make you endure very painful procedures. Stay away from this place!

The experience at this clinic was fantastic. The doctors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The staff ensured we felt at ease and supported throughout. They have modern technology, clear communication, and truly care about their patients. Highly recommended!

I went through the process of egg freezing here and am very pleased with the results. A big thank you to Dr. Tamara Nadirashvili; she is professional, calm, attentive, and stayed in touch throughout the entire stimulation process. I felt well-cared for medically, and everything went smoothly. The director of the clinic also made a great impression; she is polite and personally meets each patient during the first consultation, explaining everything clearly. It was reassuring and important.

However, I was surprised that I had to specifically ask for the treatment contract and stimulation protocol in printed form. For such an important procedure, receiving the necessary documentation without having to request it seems essential.

There were a couple of negative moments. The person who took the cervical swabs was quite rude and spoke harshly, making it feel more like a public clinic than a private one. It added unnecessary discomfort. Sadly, the receptionist wasn’t very professional either. When I asked her to confirm the payment details and whether the previous overpayment was considered, she abruptly said she didn’t speak Russian or English, which isn’t acceptable for an international clinic. She also initially refused to search for my documents left at the reception and only did so after I insisted. The documents were right there, but no apology was offered.

On the bright side, the woman responsible for distributing medications and teaching patients how to self-administer shots was very kind and helpful. Her warmth and clarity in explanation made a big difference during this emotional process.

Overall, I’m grateful for the medical support, especially from Dr. Nadirashvili and the nursing staff. Yet, there’s room for improvement in front-desk service and communication, as these small aspects can greatly impact the patient experience.

I don't recommend this place. The customer service is terrible. They take forever to respond to any questions, and sometimes they don't even bother answering at all. They seem to care more about their agents and business partners than about the patients themselves. Most of the time, when I ask something, they just tell me to "ask your manager or agent," which is not helpful at all.

Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment by phone well in advance, yet when I arrived, I found out that the clinic opens an hour later than my scheduled time. There were other patients like me who came for their appointments only to find an empty clinic. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment towards patients.
