This place disregards the law completely. To satisfy intermediaries and safeguard its own interests, it has no problem hiding the details of current clients. It's extremely shady—exercise caution.

This review is long overdue. I had the privilege of having this clinic as part of my journey to motherhood. I am sure the professionalism of both Dr. Ailona and Ms. Maka, who was my liaison, made this incredible journey possible, resulting in the greatest gift, my daughter. I felt assured and at ease throughout my interactions with both women. I highly recommend the procedure, which for me was IVF with a donor egg. Communication with Dr. Ailona was flawless. She was always available to answer questions and never left me in doubt. Her calm demeanor during the procedure and her kind words, "let's get pregnant," were a wonderful sign of what was to come. Thank you so much for such a positive experience. May you continue to bring happiness to the women you serve, as you have done for me. 🙌

We first went to a reproductive medicine clinic in Tbilisi and did some tests. The results weren’t great, so we tried another clinic closer to home for a second opinion. The second place had the same tests for half the price, and the results came back slightly better. We then considered insemination and contacted the first clinic again. They responded rudely, saying our tests were too poor for the procedure and suggested more expensive options. When I sent them our improved results and asked for a price, they quoted $1,000. That seemed crazy. Other clinics quoted $500–$800, but not $1,000. Eventually, we found a great clinic that did a double procedure for 700 GEL.

This is the top fertility clinic in Tbilisi. As international patients, our experience exceeded all expectations. After a decade of failed attempts at three different clinics in two countries, this clinic gave us hope to become parents.

We made the first payment as requested, and it was confirmed. But a month later, we were suddenly informed of a currency exchange issue and asked to send an extra $700. We tried to resolve this by contacting our bank to recall the initial transfer and to send it again in USD to avoid any more problems. That's when the real trouble started. Lika stopped replying to my emails and messages. Ten days later, we were told our embryos wouldn't move to the next stage until we paid the discrepancy. All we wanted was approval for the wire transfer recall so we could pay correctly in USD. It's baffling why this is such a difficult request. This whole situation is extremely frustrating. I hope someone from management can intervene.
