We rented a Toyota Rav4 for three weeks. The car was excellent, and the service from Nick was outstanding. He is honest and reliable, always available and quick to respond. He helped us arrange crossing the border into Armenia with the rental car and even guided us on where to get the specific insurance needed for Armenia at the border. If you're looking to rent a car in Georgia, I highly recommend this place.

If you're in need of a reliable car rental service, this is the right choice. During the booking, we received excellent guidance on which vehicle would suit our travel needs. The Nissan Xterra we selected was waiting for us at the airport upon our arrival and was in fantastic shape, taking us safely to stunning locations throughout Georgia. It was also very convenient to return the car anywhere in Tbilisi. Additionally, George was incredibly friendly and supportive both before and during our trip. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to rent a car in Georgia!

Wir haben für unsere Rundreise durch Georgien und Armenien einen Pajero gemietet. Das Auto war für uns perfekt. Der hohe Radstand war besonders vorteilhaft auf den teils sehr schlechten Straßen mit vielen Schlaglöchern. Man sollte sich das Familienunternehmen nicht wie eine gewöhnliche Autovermietung vorstellen. Das Auto wird an einem vereinbarten Ort gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt. Die Bezahlung und die Kaution sind nur in bar möglich. Bei der Übergabe werden Schäden per Video dokumentiert, und die Kaution wird bei der Rückgabe bar zurückgezahlt. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, und die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr bemüht, die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Auch zwischendurch haben sie per WhatsApp nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. A very welcoming and attentive family-owned car rental with great customer service. Our interactions with the staff were positive, and they were supportive during the entire rental process.

On the downside, the car was quite old and had a few problems. The handbrake was ineffective, the V8 engine felt weak, and we had to stop at a repair shop for half a day when a CV boot came loose during our trip.

It's important to thoroughly check the car's condition before leaving, as we were charged for scratches that seemed to have been there for a long time and were not caused by us. Luckily, we had video evidence of the car's condition, which proved that the damage was already present and not our fault.
