I rented a Toyota Prius for two days for about 84€, which I think is a great deal. The car was older and showed some wear, but it was mechanically sound and everything worked well, including the air conditioning. If you’re looking for a brand-new rental like from Sixt or Europcar, this isn’t it, but you’re not paying those prices either. Overall, the value for money is impressive.

I appreciated a few things about the service. They delivered and picked up the car right at my accommodation at no extra charge, which was really convenient. The security deposit was also straightforward: just a $200 cash deposit, without a big hold on my credit card.

We accidentally drove on a freshly paved road and got some tar on the car. The workers waved us through, so we thought it was fine, but they pointed it out when we returned the car. They didn’t try to charge us or make unreasonable deductions from the deposit, which I appreciated.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their fuel policy. The car was given to me with a partially filled tank (3/10), which wouldn’t have been a problem if the process was easy. Instead, I had to figure out how much fuel I used, send them my receipt, explain my calculations, and actively ask for reimbursement.

They did reimburse me but seemed to downplay my request, saying it complicated things for them since this is how they usually operate. I found that odd. I’ve rented around 50 cars in various countries, and almost every company uses a full-to-full policy, which is simple and clear.

Their concern is that some customers don’t return the car with a full tank. But that’s what the security deposit is for: if the policy is clear, just deduct the fuel cost when needed. Instead, honest customers end up spending extra time figuring out fuel usage and asking for reimbursements.

Other than that, everything went well, and I would recommend them for a good-value rental. I would happily update my review to 5 stars if they implemented a fairer and more standard fuel policy. I truly believe it would enhance the customer experience and save time by avoiding unnecessary discussions and reimbursements.

Excellent company run by two brothers. They're trustworthy, very accommodating, and polite. I travel frequently, and this is the best car rental experience I've ever had!

Арендовали Subaru Forester на 8 дней. Автомобиль был в отличном состоянии и отлично справился с грузинскими дорогами. Пунктуальные ребята, быстро отвечают на запросы. Машину доставили к нашему отелю и забрали в аэропорту. Много раз брали в аренду автомобили в разных странах, но этот опыт был один из самых лучших.
