Wir hatten eine positive Erfahrung. Die Abwicklung war schnell und preiswert. Wir hatten eine Vollkaskoversicherung, aber die Reifen waren nicht inbegriffen, was bedeutet, dass wir bei Schäden selbst zahlen müssten.

Das Auto sollte bis zum 26. Mai gemietet sein, aber am 25. Mai hat die Vermietung festgestellt, dass sie am 26. Mai wegen eines Feiertags geschlossen ist. Zwei Stunden vor Feierabend riefen sie uns am 25. Mai an und baten uns, das Auto einen Tag früher zurückzugeben. Das war kein Problem, da wir sowieso in der Stadt waren, aber eine frühere Information wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Die Kaution wurde drei Tage nach der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs zurückerstattet.

Das Auto war etwas schmutzig, als wir es bekamen, und wir wurden gebeten, es vor der Rückgabe zu reinigen, was etwas ungewöhnlich ist. Laut der Vermittlung sollte das helfen, es schneller auf Kratzer zu überprüfen.

Insgesamt war es für den Preis in Ordnung, trotz einiger merkwürdiger Regelungen.

EU citizens, beware! This Tbilisi car rental will take your deposit. Find another company, these guys are crooks.

This company seems to take advantage of tourists by charging unfair fees. It's essential to inspect the car closely before renting because they might say it's in good condition but later claim there are problems. This situation is troubling as it suggests they might damage the car after you return it. Moreover, they charge without consent and fail to provide a detailed bill, which shows a lack of transparency. Be very careful.

Watch out for foreign renter scams! My experience with this company was awful. As an international customer, I was unexpectedly charged $1,000 after returning the car in top condition, despite having full insurance coverage. The policies were unclear and seemed intentionally misleading. When I brought up my concerns, they refused to provide assistance, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like a scheme targeting travelers. I highly advise against using this company if you're a foreign visitor.

Stay away from this car rental service! We rented a car believing it to be a trustworthy option. We were mistaken. Apparently, this is a common issue with them in both the EU and globally. We left a 400-euro deposit at Tbilisi airport. The car had a bit more than half a tank when we took it and slightly less than that when we returned it. We expected a small charge for this difference. Instead, they charged us for 34 liters, costing 100 euros, claiming in messages that gas costs 3 dollars per liter! They blocked our full deposit of 400 euros. Many similar stories are all over the internet about this company in Europe and worldwide. Sadly, we didn’t research before booking. Consider other rental agencies that are more honest and reliable.
