We just returned from our trip to Georgia and Armenia. Giorgi was very friendly and provided us with an excellent 4x4 Geely Atlas. He took us everywhere without any issues. Thank you so much for everything. We highly recommend this car rental service. Rob and Ann Battes

Not recommended. I booked a Toyota RAV4 but received a GEELY instead. I requested a child seat for my 7.5-year-old, but they provided a dirty newborn seat for $90. When I tried to reach out to the branch, they ignored me completely. I will not be booking with them again.

I can't speak for their car rental service, but I experienced a scam involving their taxi services. After arriving at the airport late at night, when no buses were running, a man approached me claiming to offer Bolt taxi rides. He called someone from the rental office, and I didn't realize he was a scammer at first, so I went along with it. He took my suitcase to a questionable car in the parking lot, at which point I realized this had nothing to do with Bolt. When I asked for the fare upfront, he wouldn't give me a price and instead showed me some random app he said was the Bolt meter. After pressing him for an estimate, he quoted me around 200-215 GEL for a ride to Avlabari Metro station, which is 5-6 times higher than what it should be with Bolt.

I cannot recommend this place at all. I reserved a car with winter tires, and even though local staff manually confirmed my booking, the car I received didn’t have winter tires. On top of that, I got a car in a lower category than what I booked, and they didn’t refund me for the cheaper vehicle. They just said, "it's fine, the cars are nearly the same." I expect better from a company like this. We also picked up the car an hour later than scheduled. To make matters worse, they charged me extra for fuel even though I returned the car with a full tank. I've never had an experience like this before. Very unprofessional and lacking focus on customer satisfaction. It’s better to rent from somewhere else.

Son unos estafadores. No me han devuelto la fianza y dicen que son costos de un seguro (el cual me han cobrado dos veces). No alquilen aquí.
