These people are dishonest. They charged us 50 GEL for a car wash, even though we had already cleaned the vehicle. The car was beeping with warnings from the beginning, but they didn't address it. The worst part is that they said the fee was 50 GEL, but they ended up taking 100 GEL. Always double-check the amount before you pay with your card. I would never rent from them again.

The car rental service provided a great experience in Tbilisi. The cars were in good condition and the process was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone needing a rental in the area!

Beware of this place. They gave me a car with overinflated tires, which led to a tire bursting while I was in the mountains. They claimed insurance would cover it, but then demanded $600 for repairs. I was told they would send help if anything went wrong, but I ended up stuck for four hours with no assistance, and they just told me to seek help myself. Both the manager and owner just argued without resolving anything. Their promise of insurance is fake. It's a complete trap—avoid booking with them.

Stay away! It's a total scam!!! The cars are ridiculously overpriced and not reliable at all. I was charged an outrageous $70 USD a day, which is way higher than what similar vehicles go for. They claimed to give me a new car, but the one I got was unsafe, showing serious dashboard errors like TPMS and other sensors. On top of that, they tried to charge me 300 GEL for two missing fuel bars at checkout and another 100 GEL just for cleaning! These people are predators. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are scammers! I wish we had checked the reviews before we rented. We paid for full insurance, but the car had many problems and was dirty when we got it. Stay away! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had renting a car. I got an SUV that was already covered in scratches and dents (no rear windshield wiper, no washer fluid, and marks everywhere). The documents they provided for crossing into Armenia were written in Georgian and had an expired date, which caused us to be stuck at the border for two hours trying to resolve it. When I returned the car, they charged me a car wash fee, even though I had just cleaned it the night before and it was in better shape than when I picked it up. It felt like they wanted me to use their own contact for a car wash. The return process took about 45 minutes as they checked everything, looking for ways to extract more money from me, despite my being fully insured. The only positive was their quick responses on WhatsApp, but overall, I was very disappointed.

Aracı teslim ettikten sonra, kirli olduğu için 100 para birimi istediler. Aracı yıkayıp teslim ettim ama paspas kirli olduğu için sorun çıkardılar. Kiralama sırasında imzaladığınız belgelerin arkasındaki yazıyı sonradan gösteriyorlar. Daha profesyonel bir firmadan kiralamak en iyisi, benim hatama düşmeyin.

I had a wonderful experience with the car rental service. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the overall service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Shamo, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout. Everything went smoothly and without any issues. I highly recommend it!
