Recharge and enhance your well-being at this Balneological Spa Resort! Established in 1938 and situated in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to the renowned sulfur baths, it offers a truly distinctive experience. To my knowledge, it’s the only place in Georgia that merges traditional balneotherapy (including sulfur baths and mud treatments) with wellness spa services, rehabilitation therapies, medical consultations, physiotherapy, cosmetic treatments, hydrotherapy, and fitness activities all under one roof.

We stayed just a 10-minute walk away and visited the center daily for two weeks. Our routine quickly fell into a delightful pattern: morning treatments followed by massages and evening aqua aerobics in the outdoor pool. After working out, we enjoyed the sulfur baths and hammam, returning to our hotel feeling completely relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep. Since the center is open every day, we were able to complete the treatment plan recommended after our initial consultation.

The facility is well-maintained and surrounded by a charming garden, creating a traditional European health resort vibe. The only downside is that smoking is permitted in certain outdoor areas near the entrance and garden, which could be bothersome for non-smokers.

What really sets this place apart is the staff. From the security personnel to the receptionists, housekeeping, therapists, and instructors, everyone was genuinely attentive to our comfort and well-being.

A special mention goes to Dr. Nana Malania for her professionalism and insightful treatment suggestions that allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. We are also very thankful to Sofia for her kindness and her readiness to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, our massage therapists, Nikita and Roma, provided exceptional care that significantly improved our experience. The aqua aerobics instructors also deserve recognition for their vibrant energy and encouragement, which made every evening class something we eagerly anticipated.

Another significant advantage is the affordability. Coming from Canada, we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the treatments and wellness services were, especially with package deals or multiple session bookings.

If you’re feeling worn out and are in search of a place to genuinely recuperate, both physically and mentally, I can’t recommend this spa enough. We arrived drained and stressed, but left feeling healthier, stronger, and truly rejuvenated.

Все было замечательно, мне очень понравилось. Из пяти дней в Тбилиси я посетила этот центр четыре раза и брала несколько процедур в день. Несколько раз делала душ Шарко у Яны, гидромассаж и грязевые аппликации, один раз пробовала пиявок. Также записалась на часовой массаж всего тела у Никиты и Георгия. 👍 Я хоть и худенькая, но заметила, что отеки на теле и лице уменьшились! Лицо стало свежим, как 10 лет назад, чего я не могла добиться ни спортом, ни плаванием. После грязевого обертывания кожа стала нежной, белой и гладкой, приятно касаться.☺️ Очень рекомендую этот центр, это лучшее, что я нашла в Тбилиси, и после него не хотелось искать другие места: удобно, что можно брать разные процедуры в одном здании и переходить из кабинета в кабинет. 😇 Люди там очень милые и отличные профессионалы🥰 я им доверяю ✅

The entire building had a terrible smell. It was hard to enjoy the massage with a strong sewage odor around. Although the massage itself was okay, the smell ruined the experience. The sulfur bath wasn’t very clean either, but the bad odor was the main issue. Overall, it was an awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

I went with my sister for a massage session for two. The massage itself was a complete waste of money. The therapists seemed either inexperienced or unmotivated. My therapist was terrible; it was a disaster. I've never had such a bad massage experience. My sister felt the same way about her therapist. We were both very disappointed. It was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially not for massages.

Лечебный массаж, душ шарко, подводный массаж, душ-капли и обертывание были выполнены очень профессионально. Цены гораздо приятнее европейских, а качество услуг значительно выше! Спасибо специалисту Яне! Водные процедуры просто идеальные! Мой муж и сын-подросток тоже оценили, и мы будем приезжать сюда каждый год! Лучший отдых и восстановление. Чисто и красиво!
