After ACL and meniscus surgery, I went to a rehabilitation center in Tbilisi. Before the surgery, I struggled with a torn ACL and damaged meniscus for almost two years, losing a lot of muscle in my right leg. Post-surgery, I had to relearn how to bend my knee, walk, and trust my leg again.

From day one, I felt I was in the right place. They didn't rush into exercises; instead, they analyzed everything carefully and made a detailed plan for my recovery. The team, Beso and Ana, monitor my progress every day, adjusting workouts and explaining each exercise clearly.

They use tools like the VALD Dynamo and VALD ForceDecks to measure my strength, balance, and movement, which helps me see my progress and stay motivated.
