The gym is decent, but the pool bar seems a bit gloomy. I ordered a salad for 25 GEL, and it was only as big as my palm.

The saunas have been shut for more than a month. When I bought my ticket in mid-April, the staff told me they would be closed for two weeks. After that period, I was informed they would reopen on May 20th. However, as of May 21st, they are still closed. There has been no offer of compensation or extension for the unused services.

I went here on a holiday, but was disappointed. The sauna and hammam were out of order, and the water in the jacuzzi was cold. The restrooms were dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The service quality doesn't justify the price. I'm relieved I checked it out before considering an annual membership. No discounts or ads will bring me back. It was a waste of my day off. I'll search for another option.

The security personnel were quite arrogant, giving unsolicited advice on which scooters to rent. I couldn't tell if they were promoting Yandex or just doing their job. Despite wearing a "Victoria Security" uniform, the guard seemed more interested in lecturing than ensuring safety.

The staff is extremely rude and lacks any manners. The pool is nice, but the employees ruin the visit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
