How much does a visit to a dermatologist cost at your location? Is it necessary to book an appointment over the phone, or can I simply arrive during working hours? I can't create an online account to schedule a visit because I'm not a Georgian citizen and don't have a Personal Number.

The visit to the lab with my three-year-old was disappointing. The lab assistant was unfriendly and rude. My child was upset and screamed loudly during the blood test. Once it was done, the assistant quickly removed the tourniquet, said "Finish," and pointed us to the door, clearly wanting us to leave immediately. There was no concern shown for my child. Such indifference towards patients, especially children, is unacceptable. Even on a bad day, staff should show empathy, especially in a reputable lab.

У меня был первый опыт работы с лабораторией в этом медицинском центре. Я планировал пойти к врачу с результатами анализов крови, но не получил результаты вовремя. Я много раз звонил в службу поддержки, объясняя, что для меня важно получить результаты в срок, но всё было напрасно. К сожалению, кажется, что лаборатория и служба поддержки не связаны между собой, и один плохой опыт может испортить любые другие, возможно, положительные ожидания.

Посетили с дочерью педиатра, врач оставила крайне хорошее впечатление. Назначила правильное лечение и нужные анализы. Стоимость приёма без страховки — 70 лари, а со страховкой — дешевле. Есть возможность вызова педиатра на дом за 100 лари, где врач также способен провести забор анализов.

Сотрудники ведут себя любезно. Чистота, комфорт и достойные туалеты.

This clinic is a scam! Be cautious if you're doing a medical exam for immigration here. They don't handle data accurately, so when you arrive abroad, you could face unpleasant surprises. In my situation, they handed me papers but didn’t send my information to the Canadian migration services. Here's my response to their reply: 1. I provided my mailing address twice (to the doctor and in the x-ray room), so if they found the date of my request, they should have my address too. 2. Yes, the paper was given, but the data wasn’t transferred to the system. When I went through the exam at the Canadian clinic on December 15, 2022, they showed me there was no information in their system. The "work" wasn’t done, and they took money for a poorly executed job.

Visited for a Tuberculosis test required for a UK visa. The price was high, but this is the only accredited option in Georgia. The results were ready in 2-3 business days, and the x-ray could be done on the same day after a short wait. The clinic's interior is modern and well-decorated (by local standards). The receptionist was polite, though the courtesy of other staff varied.
