Отель "Panorama 360° Hotel"

I booked a stay at this hotel through Booking.com, but we became concerned when they insisted on switching to Telegram for check-in details, which could have easily been handled through Booking.com chat. After checking reviews on Google Maps, we decided it was best to cancel our reservation.

საშინელი სისუფთავე იყო. ბინძური ზეწრები და საწოლი. მტვერი ყველგან იყო. ტრაპი გაჭედილი იყო, წყალი საერთოდ არ გადიოდა და მოგვიწია ჩვენ გაგვეწმინდა.

Очень уютное место! Радует, что здесь учтены все мелочи: есть тапочки, фен, шампунь, даже влажные салфетки и многое другое. Это создает ощущение заботы о гостях и внимания к деталям, благодаря чему пребывание становится максимально комфортным. С удовольствием вернусь снова!

If there were less than one star, I would give it that. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Be careful not to book this place. First, its name is unclear, written in lettering smaller than my finger, making it extremely hard to find. It's located in the middle of alleys, inside a building, and it's on the 15th floor with no elevator. It's not even a full hotel. Plus, when you enter, you need a password. We booked through Agoda and, being there for the first time, had no access card and lost our money. There isn't even a reception to guide you to your room. Can you imagine that? As for the elevator, oh my, you also need to use a room card! So, if you're looking for the reception to get a card, how?! There isn't one. We had to climb to the 15th floor where the place is, and there's a locked door with a password we couldn't open. We waited until someone staying there came and we went in with them. Finally, we realized everything here is part of the building, not a tourist hotel, and it's not suitable for visitors. Beware and stay away!

The view is absolutely amazing.

The terrace and room windows offer an incredible view. The rooms are tidy and spotless. Highly recommend.

My stay was a real letdown. I booked a double bed but ended up with two mismatched twin beds that weren’t even the same size or height. Sleeping was incredibly uncomfortable. The room wasn’t cleaned during my visit, and the floor was dirty. Amenities were barely there—just one small bottle of all-in-one shampoo/shower gel and a tiny soap for two people. Service was terrible too. There was no reception, just a host who messaged me on WhatsApp. I had to pay in cash by putting money in a safe box and recording a video of it, showing the serial numbers on the bills. This whole process felt very unprofessional and odd. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations. We left after a few minutes. If you value yourself, don't even think about booking this place 🙏.

After making a reservation, we arrived to find no reception or staff. The door was locked, and they didn't answer our calls. I would never recommend this place.
