The rooms are very clean and spacious. Keti and her mother are incredibly helpful. The breakfast, which is mostly homemade, is a great bonus!

Exceptional and warm hospitality. Our host, Katie, was incredibly friendly and helped us when my husband lost his phone, offering great advice for our trip. She is truly a wonderful host! The service was amazing, and the facilities were clean. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything needed, including dental care items, wine, and chocolate bars! Highly recommend this place; we would definitely come back! If you're in Tbilisi, I suggest booking your stay here, where a Georgian family will treat you even better than a five-star hotel!

Excellent service here. Spent two days with my son and mom, and they treated us like family. Super helpful staff. The breakfast was incredible; they made everything themselves.

The women who manage the place are incredibly kind and welcoming. They completely changed my view of Tbilisi residents, as I hadn't encountered many who were willing to listen or offer help. With only a few rooms available, you receive a lot of personalized attention. Katy generously treated us to delicious, large pieces of homemade cake.
