الموظف في الاستقبال كان ضخمًا وتعامل معايا بشكل سيء. اضطررت لمغادرة المكان قبل انتهاء إقامتي. كان يبدو مريضًا وخفت أن يضربني. تم وضعي في الطابق الثاني ولا يوجد مصعد.

Excellent hotel with amazing service. They were very helpful with my questions and suggestions. The breakfast was also quite good and complimentary.

This place should not even be considered a hotel. It was one of my worst experiences ever.

The main problem is the lack of an elevator. Even if your room is on the first or second floor, you have to carry your own luggage, as there’s no bell desk or staff to help, which is a basic service that hotels should offer.

Room service was very poor. The mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable, and the blankets were in bad shape. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent, and the rooms were not cleaned properly, making my stay quite unpleasant.

Breakfast was disappointing, and the staff were rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting guests.

Overall, this place fails to meet even the most basic standards of a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even for free. Save yourself the trouble and find another place.

Puba ve ailesi çok nazik insanlar. Resepsiyondaki iki beyefendi de oldukça iyi. Ancak temizlik pek iyi değil. Odalar küçük ve fazla ses alıyor.

Great hotel with friendly staff. I spent four nights here. The breakfast was delicious and available from 08:30 to 10:30. It's very close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the metro station. I highly recommend it for your stay in Tbilisi.

The room is quite small, which might be acceptable for those who don't mind cramped spaces. However, the major issue is the bathroom. The odor from the toilet is really unpleasant. Even with the door closed, the smell fills the room, making it uncomfortable to stay. It seems like a proper drain valve is missing, which could easily fix the problem, but it hasn't been addressed.

Additionally, the check-in process was disappointing. When we arrived, the owner and another person were lounging on the sofa, showing no interest in welcoming guests. There was no greeting or sense of urgency; it felt awkward and uninviting, as if we were intruding on their personal space rather than being welcomed to a hotel.

The location near Avlabari is decent, but the service and basic comfort need significant improvement. With better upkeep and a more professional approach, this place could greatly enhance the experience.

Провели время в отеле с 7 по 10 ноября 2024 года. Очень понравилось — обстановка уютная, номера чистые и аккуратные. Завтраки были на высоте. Хозяева отеля радушные и внимательные. Местоположение отличное, рядом метро и старый город. Благодарны за замечательный отдых.

I had confirmation for four rooms from both the booking system and a direct letter from them, but when we showed up with kids and friends, the reception informed us that these confirmations are sent randomly and don't mean anything. Avoid this place unless you want to risk sleeping on the street.

Забронировал гостиницу за 2-3 недели до приезда. За день до селения бронь отменили, ничего не предложив взамен. Пришлось в спешке искать новое жильё.
