Excellent city hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff always greeted us with smiles.

Before even arriving, I was informed that my comfortable pre-booked room was downgraded to a tiny space. I hope they at least give a refund for this mistake.

Charming little hotel close to Shota Rustaveli Avenue. The bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. Just a heads up about the hill if you have any mobility challenges; it's quite steep!

The rooms and breakfast were fantastic.

I stayed here after a long ski trip, and it didn't meet my expectations.

The main problem is the rooms. They are very tiny, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the next room, even little things like sneezing. If you're on the first floor, it's even worse with constant road noise at night, making it hard to sleep.

The bathrooms are also cramped and not very practical. We booked two rooms with baths because that was essential for us after skiing, but only one room had a bath, and we found out it couldn't be used due to a missing plug. Very frustrating.

Breakfast was another disappointment. There were limited options, it was served late, and you even have to pay extra for coffee, which I haven't encountered anywhere else in Tbilisi. It just adds to the feeling that costs keep increasing after booking.

On the bright side, the location is good and within walking distance of most central attractions, but you do have to walk up a steep hill to get back to the hotel.

The staff were friendly, but overall, the hotel looks upscale while the experience feels budget.

My advice: either lower your budget and adjust your expectations or spend a bit more for a much better stay. We had a better experience at a different hotel the week before for less money, with larger rooms, a better breakfast, a good night's sleep, and even an upgrade.

I had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel in Tbilisi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

From the moment I got there, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, making me feel right at home.

The breakfast was exceptional—fresh, tasty, and offered a wide variety. It was definitely one of the best parts of my stay.

A special shoutout to the hotel manager, who came out to help me park my camper van when I arrived. That level of service is uncommon and really shows how much they value their guests.

With a perfect location, fantastic service, and a great atmosphere, I would rate my experience an 11/10. I would absolutely stay here again!

Otel merkezi bir konumda, eski şehre ve popüler restoranlara yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Biraz yokuşlu ama mesafe kısa olduğu için sorun olmadı. Odalar temizdi, kahvaltı harikaydı. Personel çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Çok memnun kaldık.

The staff was very attentive and made my birthday special by surprising me with a cupcake and a candle during breakfast, accompanied by festive music. It was a lovely gesture! The breakfast itself was delicious and offered a good variety. The hotel was warm and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was also convenient, with everything I needed close by. I highly recommend staying here!
