რეგისტრატურაში მენეჯერი ლიზა ინასარიძე ჩემთან უხეში ტონით საუბრობდა, ხმას უწევდა და ყვიროდა, რაც ჩემთვის, როგორც პაციენტის ოჯახის წევრისთვის, იყო შეურაცხმყოფელი და დამამცირებელი. ასეთი დამოკიდებულება სრულიად მიუღებელია სამედიცინო დაწესებულების თანამშრომლისგან და ეწინააღმდეგება პატივისცემასა და პროფესიონალიზმს. იქნებ ასწავლოთ, როგორ უნდა საუბრობენ, ან მოიძიოთ უკეთესი გონებრივი შესაძლებლობის თანამშრომელი.

საშინელი კლინიკაა, ნუ გარისკავთ! მიმღებში ხელშეკრულების კითხვა რომ დავიწყე, დაცინვა დაიწყეს. თან მითხრეს, რომ ქონებასთან დაკავშირებით უფრო დიდი პრიორიტეტი აქვთ, ვიდრე ჯანმრთელობაზე. კონტრაქტი მეილზე რომ გადმომიგზავნონ, პასუხი მივიღე, რომ ვერ შეძლებენ. თუ ვინმეს უნდა, ფოტოები გადაუგზავნეთ და ისე წააკითხეთ. ასეთი დამოკიდებულების მქონე კლინიკაში არ უნდა მიხვალთ! ტუალეტში საპონი არ არის, არც ჭიქები, არც სადეზინფექციო ხსნარი. ინვენტარი დაზიანებულია, მენეჯმენტი პაციენტებზე არ ზრუნავს და ყველაფერში ფულს ზოგავენ. დეტალები მნიშვნელოვანია! პ.ს. სხვა კლინიკაში მივედი და მითხრეს, რომ ოპერაცია არ მჭირდება, მკურნალობამაც უნდა მოგვარდოს. აქ კი ფულის გამომუშავება უნდათ.

This hospital is excellent. I've been studying here, and all my professors are great. They have a strong background in medicine.

A few weeks ago, I went to the hospital at 5 am for an emergency. The woman at the front desk told me it was too early and to come back later in the morning. She was supposed to call my insurance but was too tired to do it and claimed they weren't answering, which wasn't true. My insurance is always reachable, so she was clearly lying. She made me pay the full amount because she was too lazy to do her job. She also mocked me in Georgian, thinking I couldn't understand. Very unprofessional behavior.

My doctor sent me to this medical center for an MRI, which cost me about 1000 GEL, but the service was terrible.

It all began at the reception. The staff member, Gvantsa, seemed unhappy and it showed. She was rude, rolled her eyes when I politely asked for help, left the desk for an hour without notice, and then went on a lunch break shortly after returning.

Regardless of her salary, she isn’t performing her duties properly.

The way they treat foreigners is unacceptable. Patients come with translators because the staff is rude when asked to clarify things. If they can't handle foreign patients, they shouldn't accept them. I'm Georgian, so it didn’t affect me, but what I observed prompted this detailed review.

During the procedure, the first assistant was great, but she left, leaving me with different staff who were careless as they switched MRI equipment, tossing it onto me. When I asked for more care, they seemed surprised.

When it was over, I stood with an IV needle still in my arm (it was a contrast MRI), and no one removed it until I asked.

Hygiene was lacking: cotton materials were thrown in a container, everything was messy, and they struggled to find a bandage for my arm.

Overall, it was a waste of money and stressful. The staff was awful, and the experience was extremely negative. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The person at the front desk was quite rude and impolite. We faced an issue with insurance as students here in Tbilisi, and she should have been more courteous. She threatened to call the police due to a payment misunderstanding. Even after we paid, she rudely told us to leave.

After my sister had a ski accident in Gudauri, an ambulance brought her to this hospital. The medical staff was excellent. We're from Poland, and the nurses spoke fluent English, which was very helpful. They kept me updated throughout. One of the nurses even lent me a phone charger so I could contact our insurance company. I'm incredibly thankful! Everyone working here is kind and compassionate. My sister received attentive care, and they ran all necessary tests. The hospital also coordinated with our insurance to cover all expenses.

My friend was admitted to a hospital with intense stomach pain. We were told it might be appendicitis and that surgery could be necessary if not treated promptly. This was very concerning for us.

To be sure, we went to another hospital for a second opinion. There, they concluded it was just stomach pain and no surgery was needed.

I know doctors can have different opinions, but this was very stressful. Better communication and reassurance during diagnosis would have been helpful.
