Гостевой дом "Alex’s cosy guesthouse"

This is the best place to stay in Tbilisi! We loved it so much that we came back three times. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. We stayed in two different rooms—one with three beds and another with four—and both were fantastic.

Each room had a table and chairs, a fridge, and a kettle, plus there was a full kitchen available for cooking. The other guests were friendly and respectful. We also appreciated having a washing machine, and the drying line on the balcony was a nice touch.

The garden was lovely. We enjoyed eating fresh fruit from the trees, and my daughters were thrilled to watch the quails. The owners, a father and son duo, were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

Rooms were equipped with both a fan and air conditioning. We liked having the fan, as it provided airflow while sleeping without needing the AC all the time. There was a small closet to keep things organized, and the shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water.

The location was perfect, just a short bus ride to the city center, train station, and a large outdoor market. There was also a Carrefour nearby for convenience. Getting around with Bolt rides was easy and inexpensive.

We highly recommend this place if you're visiting Tbilisi. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

The only small downside was that some guests smoked outside, but that seemed typical in Georgia. 😆

Viskas buvo gerai, šeimininkas malonus, namas erdvus, jauku kaip namuose. Nors namas nėra naujas, jis atitiko lūkesčius. Idealu kelioms nakvynėms, rami vieta, kieme yra sodas, viskas netoli – parduotuvės ir kavinės. Kaina prieinama.

This spot offers great value if you're looking for an affordable stay. Mr. Alex is a genuinely friendly and respectable host, always looking out for his guests. The room is very cozy too. Ignore the negative reviews, as you'll get what you pay for. It's unrealistic to expect a five-star hotel experience for a low price. From my experience, this place offers excellent service and is the best option for the budget.

Extremely filthy place. Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are not cleaned at all. They only care about making money.
