I've been a customer at this clothing store for five years, and I'm finally writing a review — unfortunately, it's not a positive one. Out of the three staff members I encountered, two were quite rude and dismissive, treating us as if we were a bother. Nothing has improved in all this time; they seem to have the most unwelcoming staff I've come across. The only exception was the woman at the checkout — thank you for your greeting, smile, and for making us feel appreciated. You were the sole person who treated us like valued customers. The rest seemed to wish we weren't there at all.

To the store manager: shame on you. To the international management: it's disappointing that you haven't addressed this issue. The comments here reflect the same complaints repeatedly. Please take action. And spare me the typical response — no generic "Your feedback is important to us." It's clear you don't care.

My experience at the clothing store was very enjoyable. I want to especially commend the staff — they were extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. From the start, I sensed they genuinely cared about my comfort and were eager to assist.

The consultants understood my needs well and offered recommendations that really helped me make the right choice. There was no pressure to buy, and the conversation felt genuine and pleasant.

Such excellent service fosters trust in the brand and makes me want to return. Thank you for the outstanding customer service! 💫

This was honestly the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The staff was completely unbearable and very rude. I waited around 15 minutes to pay while 5 or 6 employees just walked around doing nothing. When I asked for assistance, they told me, “she is upstairs.” Who is she? Why should I know this? Why do I have to wait without any explanation? Why can’t any of the other staff members take my card for payment? Even when another employee arrived, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. Very rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I truly don't want to return and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner or management needs to address this issue or they'll lose all their customers.

This shop in Tbilisi, which is part of a global brand, has staff that struggle with tourist interactions. It's often easier for them to say “not in stock” rather than provide assistance and good service.

Нашли нужную модель куртки для пожарных нужд в нужном размере, но у нее был дефект. Продавцы согласились продать ее по цене новой, но отказались сделать скидку. Как можно продавать поврежденный товар как новый? Очень разочарован посещением магазина и не рекомендую его никому.
