What a wonderful spot with such lovely staff. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed right in the heart of Vake Park. If you're looking for a pleasant place surrounded by greenery, this is the place to go.

The place has potential, but there are significant downsides. They keep the air conditioning off, so it's stuffy with no fresh air. It's overcrowded, resembling a student dorm more than a library. You pay 5 lari for a ticket and end up stuck by the restroom with your laptop, hoping for a table that never gets free. On cold days, they blast the AC to +30, leaving you feeling like a dried prune in an hour. I can’t stay there for more than an hour because of this.

The operating hours and holiday schedule are unpredictable, with the place sometimes open and sometimes unexpectedly closed. Very inconsistent.

Замечательное место для недорогой и очень комфортной работы. Цена за вход просто отличная — всего 5 лари за день или 20 в месяц. При этом месячный абонемент дает доступ ко всем трем медиатекам. Здесь уютные залы, много розеток, света и свежего воздуха. Летом работают кондиционеры, а зимой обогреватели. Интернет быстрый, и, конечно, есть туалет. Можно спокойно работать или учиться. Все посетители не нарушают тишину, никто не шумит. Настоящая находка!

This place is great for studying or working. It's peaceful, and you won't be interrupted. There are many seats available, although they tend to fill up quickly. The heater is loud, but it's more like a consistent background noise, so it doesn't really bother you. Each table has its own outlet, which is convenient.

However, the hours could be better—they only open at 11am, which feels a bit late. It would be nice if they started earlier. Also, the water machine only provides cold water, no hot option. There's no printer available. The biggest inconvenience is the lack of a designated eating area. You have to go outside, which is fine on warm days but not ideal if it's cold or rainy. Lastly, the wifi connection isn't strong, so be prepared to use your own hotspot.

Great place for studying, very comfortable. The computers work well. The price is reasonable—15 Lari per month or 3 Lari for a single visit.
