Received very low quality service. When I tried to get change from a significant amount of money, the cashier not only laughed unprofessionally in my face, but also remarked that I was supposedly “entertaining her at this moment.” My goal was simply to inspect the money received, since it was the company's funds, not mine.

Please train your employees to communicate more politely and to know who they are talking to. I understand that it is difficult to smile all day, but having been in the service industry (as a waiter) myself, I know how important it is to show respect to customers, even in the most difficult moments of the workday. This happened around 2:00 pm and I was trying to be polite and careful considering it was company money.

Sorry if it seems like I'm complaining, but I've had a really unpleasant time all day. Hope your day is going well.
