I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by my relationship manager over the past month. I've been trying to resolve a simple business issue (payment gateway approval) but have encountered constant silence — no responses to my calls or messages, and no follow-up despite my repeated attempts. I even filed a formal complaint after being promised a response within one business day, but that deadline passed without any communication. At one point, during a call, my manager even hung up on me.

Today, I reached out to the bank again via the website chat to escalate my issue. Shortly after, my manager returned my call and addressed me incorrectly, despite my name being clearly listed on my account and in previous communications. When I corrected her, her reply was sarcastic rather than professional. I told her directly that I did not wish to continue working with her due to her ongoing disrespect towards me as a client.

As a business owner trying to get basic account services activated, this level of unresponsiveness and disrespect is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this relationship manager or the bank for business banking support.

I'm giving a one-star rating, not only due to my general worries about the Georgian banking system, which I believe restricts access to funding and benefits a small group of wealthy, politically connected individuals while many struggle financially.

The main issue, however, is much simpler: they consistently mess up the basics.

They inundate you with calls and messages trying to sell products, yet they fail to inform you that your Visa rewards points are no longer being accumulated, which ends up costing you money. Their response? “Didn’t you get an SMS?”—after they disabled SMS notifications without any notice just because you were out of the country for a week.

Trying to close a credit line through online banking? Nothing happens. No confirmation, no error message—just silence. The request doesn’t go through, and a few days later they call you with a flimsy excuse asking you to come in person. So, you end up stuck in traffic and waiting in line just to do something that should take seconds online.

In short, they are very eager to sell you something but completely unavailable when you actually need assistance.

They unilaterally removed my app password. Initially, support was confused, then they tried to push me into a Zoom call on their terms, forgetting that I’m the customer paying for their service, not for their rudeness.

For a month, they kept postponing responses—first with silence, then a two-week delay for Easter, and then more excuses. Eventually, I set aside time for a call, and NO ONE showed up.

I thought I had reached the lowest point with another bank, but this one has managed to sink even lower 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

You’re not a charity; you charge for your services, so do it right. I still haven’t received any explanation for why my password was deleted without notice.

Don't keep your money in this bank. You might wake up one day to find your access removed without explanation or consideration.
