I stopped in for a coffee and a pastry, and while I was enjoying my drink, a man who claimed to be the owner sat next to me and aggressively suggested I engage in inappropriate behavior with him. It was really frightening and uncomfortable, and no one intervened. I had to give him my phone number to get him to leave me alone, then I quickly left. If this is how the owner behaves, I don't have much confidence in the place.

This bakery offers a variety of fresh breads and pastries, along with ready-made sandwiches, salads, fresh juice, and delicious coffee. It's mainly a grab-and-go spot, but if you’d like to stay, there are some high stools at the bar area for enjoying your food and drink. For those who prefer the outdoors, there’s a covered area with a few small tables by the street where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

This cafe chain in Tbilisi is one of my top picks for its variety of products, great taste, and quality coffee. They also offer gluten-free desserts, which is pretty uncommon in Georgian bakeries. However, a significant drawback is the lack of a restroom. Because of this, it’s not ideal for a long visit or to truly enjoy your time there. I definitely recommend it for a quick snack and a fast coffee, but not for a lengthy stay.

I often buy bread here, and twice they offered to slice it for us. Today, we needed it sliced, but the young, unfriendly lady bluntly refused with a harsh "NOO." Ever heard of customer service? If you care about customers, maybe tell your staff to be polite or stay home.

The coffee is really disappointing—burnt and bitter. The sandwiches and other food are good, making it a nice spot for lunch, but the coffee has always been bad. It might be time to try different beans, a new machine, or another roaster.
