The airport is quite small but has flights to various international locations. Finding a seat before check-in can be challenging, particularly during peak times. For Muslim travelers, it's important to know there is no prayer room, and the restrooms lack bidets or handheld sprays. On the bright side, the immigration and airport staff are courteous, professional, and very helpful.

I arrived in Tbilisi at 8 PM and was faced with an incredibly long line of nearly 3,000 passengers waiting. I approached one of the staff members for assistance since my wife is pregnant, but she refused to help. We decided to endure the wait and stood in line for over 2 hours. When it was finally our turn at the passport check, the Immigration officer spoke to me in a very rude manner, despite having all my documents and proof of hotel bookings and tickets ready. He also questioned how much money I had with me. I don’t understand why he acted this way, as I was simply visiting the country to enjoy time with my wife. This experience made my wife uncomfortable and spoiled our vacation plans. Now, I'm hesitant to consider visiting Georgia again.

The airport staff really took away from the positive experience. Tbilisi is a lovely city, but some individuals shouldn't be representing Georgia.

Our flight was delayed, and while we were waiting to board, my wife needed to use the restroom right before the boarding announcement. About 15 minutes later, after everyone else had gone through the gate, my 5-year-old daughter and I were still at Gate 101 waiting for her.

The airport staff began rushing us and yelling that we had only one minute left. It's important to note that the flight was late, and my wife's need to use the restroom was just unfortunate timing.

Fortunately, she made it onto the plane, but when we boarded, we found that other passengers were still stuck in the jet bridge, and we waited there for another 10 minutes.

The rudeness of the airport staff was completely uncalled for. I understand the need for quick boarding, but we’re not cattle. The yelling came from the woman in charge, who was not with Qatar Airways but part of the Tbilisi Airport terminal staff.
