The location is right across from the Opera, which makes it incredibly convenient. The rooms were tidy. Arriving late at night, we discovered the AC wasn't working, but it was fixed the next day. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary cutlery and utensils, which is handy. Overall, it's a great apartment close to all the grocery stores.

Великолепные апартаменты! Расположение очень удобное, и звукоизоляция на высоте. Все безупречно чисто, имеется все необходимое — посуда, соль, сахар, кастрюли и так далее. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный.

Odalardaki temizlik ve sunulan olanaklar bizi oldukça memnun etti. Şehrin tam merkezindeki bir caddede yer almasına rağmen gürültüden etkilenmedik. Ses yalıtımı yeterliydi ve odanın ısısı konforluydu. Otel çalışanları çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü.

Прекрасное место! Очень уютно! Персонал — настоящие молодцы. У нас не оказалось международной карты для предоплаты, но нам позволили забронировать номер без проблем. Апартаменты находятся прямо в центре города. Всё чисто и красиво, рядом метро, канатная дорога, театр оперы и много другого интересного. Всего четыре номера: один с балконом, другой светлый и выходит на главную улицу, а два другие — тихие с видом во двор. В номерах есть мини-кухня и кофемашина. Отопление осуществляется сплит-системой, но можно воспользоваться химчисткой, которая очень доступная. Уборка проходит каждый день, кровати удобные. На первом этаже находится отличный ресторан с гостеприимной грузинской атмосферой, вкусной едой, большими порциями и приятными ценами. Рядом расположены магазины Zara и Massimo Dutti, а также бутики люксовых брендов Max Mara и Burberry. Торговый центр City Mall — настоящая находка с большим выбором товаров популярных брендов.

This place is a hidden gem. When you arrive, you don't expect such quality. It's located on the first floor of an old building without an elevator, but as soon as you enter, it’s just amazing. Everything is high quality and immaculate. The staff is great, and the location is fantastic, all for a fair price.

Decent place to stay, but with a smaller number of rooms.

Spent a week there, and everything was amazing! The apartments are beautifully renovated with great care given to every detail, from the furniture to the fireplace, mirrors, and bedding. The space is large and filled with natural light. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and assisting with reservations. I’m truly grateful for their support. I’m telling all my friends about this place and will definitely return when I’m back in town.

Отдыхать в Тбилиси, Грузия — отличный выбор, особенно остановившись здесь. Перебывав в разных отелях, включая Rooms Hotel Kazbegi и Stamba, могу отметить следующие плюсы: 1. Локация: напротив Оперного театра, на проспекте, где безопасно и менее шумно, чем в других местах, таких как Stamba. Отсюда можно прогуляться до реки и до Площади Свободы с Галереей. 2. Просторные и удобные апартаменты, где есть всё необходимое, включая полностью оборудованную кухню. Гостиная, спальня и ванная — всё отдельно и чисто. 3. Аменити: всё в холодильнике, включая напитки, бесплатно. Приятный бонус — вино, фрукты и местные грузинские продукты в подарок. 4. Трансфер: хотя апартаменты на втором этаже без лифта, водитель всегда поможет с багажом. Возможен трансфер в/из аэропорта и из других отелей. 5. Круглосуточный ресепшн с быстрыми ответами в WhatsApp, всегда готовы помочь. Нет причин не остановиться здесь снова, обязательно вернусь!

This place is one of the best I've visited. The location couldn't be better, and the service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are both elegant and classy. Everything feels comfortable, like being at home. Highly recommend 💜💜💜💜💜💜. The apartment is beautiful and stylish, and the owner and staff are respectful and always ready to help. Every corner is well-maintained and spotless, making you feel at home. The location is perfect, with markets, restaurants, grocery stores, and a pharmacy nearby. I've never regretted staying here. Plus, the bathrooms have bidets, which is a great feature.

Невероятные апартаменты. Внешне не скажешь, что это отель, так как старинные здания в центре города не украшены рекламой. Здесь всего четыре апартамента на одном этаже, но какие замечательные! Очень удобно расположен в центре Тбилиси, всего в пяти минутах ходьбы от рынка по главной улице. Обслуживание великолепное — каждый день уборка, замена полотенец. Можно сравнить с пятизвёздочным отелем, только с кухонным уголком, укомплектованным всем необходимым. При заселении в номере ждут местная знаменитая чача и красное вино, поданные с королевским шиком. В шкафу есть халаты, дополнительные одеяла и одноразовые тапочки. На завтрак можно попробовать знаменитые горячие хачапури. Лучше выбирать апартаменты на стороне здания, так как на главной улице бывает шумно. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Не самое дешёвое место: за шесть дней цена почти 4500 злотых.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. The interior is stunning, with meticulous attention to detail — from the top-quality decor to the pristine bathrooms, elegant floor finishes, and door handles. The Marshall sound system and the lovely balcony just add to the perfection.

The breakfast is heavenly. No matter what you ask for, it’s served with a smile. It was our anniversary, and they surprised us with a large cake and a thoughtful letter from the owner, which made our day extra special.

The staff are phenomenal, always ready to help with anything, from trip planning to restaurant recommendations, even answering our questions weeks before our arrival and making restaurant reservations for us. The driver was also fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, assisting with our luggage, and even presenting us with a bouquet of flowers.
