Ich war mit der Kommunikation und der Behandlung sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Praxis ist sauber und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt.

I just finished a Candela laser course at a skin care clinic in Tbilisi and I'm very pleased with it. The place is welcoming, clean, and cozy, making it a great learning environment. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. My instructor, Tako, was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. She explained everything clearly, making the course easy and enjoyable. The clinic is beautifully designed and has modern technology, enhancing the training's value. I don't recommend this skincare clinic due to their lack of professionalism and poor organization. During my follow-up, they had no record of the products we discussed in the consultation. When I asked for product and pricing details, they sent a generic list that didn’t match what we talked about. A clinic that struggles with basic logistics and patient records isn't one I trust. If they can't manage a simple text conversation, I doubt their clinical skills. Don't waste your money here; other clinics in Tbilisi offer the same services for much less. Plus, they were overcharging for the products we initially discussed.

My visit to this skincare clinic was the best I've ever experienced. The doctors are friendly, approachable, and take the time to understand each patient's needs, recommending the most suitable treatments. They have excellent bedside manner. The clinic provides a wide range of products, including PDRN, and caters to different budgets. The facility is stunning and easily reachable by public transport. Among all the clinics I've been to worldwide, this one is exceptional for its attentive and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
