Excellent location, fantastic service, truly everything was great. It's easy to locate and there are parking spaces right in front of the cabin area.

The location is truly magical. The Great Caucasus is right outside your door, even beside your bed. The cabins are tidy and well-equipped, and the beds are comfy. It was peaceful during our stay, and the host is a wonderful person. I would definitely return. Wi-Fi is provided, and the cabin has a small kitchenette.

This place is absolutely stunning! The views are simply amazing, with mountains all around and every cottage offering fantastic 360° vistas. The air is fresh, and the tap water is the best I've ever tasted.

The cottage was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. From bathrobes and slippers to an abundance of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, it felt like home—only better. The heated floors were such a nice touch, especially in the mornings!

The beds were incredibly cozy, featuring great mattresses and pillows. Our family of four had wonderful nights of sleep.

We spent six nights in June and enjoyed every moment. It was tough to leave, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the winter to see this beautiful place in a different season.

Schickes Design, aber definitiv kein „Premium“ – enttäuschender Service. Wir wollten zunächst 3 Sterne geben, da die Anlage optisch nett ist und man dort übernachten kann. Nach der Reaktion des Managements bleiben es aber enttäuschende 2 Sterne. „Premium“ bezieht sich hier nur auf den Preis. Innen erwartet einen ein zusammengewürfelter Standard.

Wir hatten das Honeymoon Chalet gebucht. Für den Preis und Anlass eine große Enttäuschung:

• Kein Stauraum: Weder im Zimmer noch im Bad gibt es Möbel oder Ablagen für Kleidung. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Auch im Schlafbereich fehlen Nachttische oder Ablagen am Bett.

• Schlechte Beleuchtung: Nur zwei extrem helle Deckenlampen im Chalet, die jede Stimmung ruinieren. Abends ist man vom Bett und der Treppe aus komplett sichtbar. Privatsphäre? Fehlanzeige.

• Schlechte Verarbeitung: Heizungsrohre ragen unschön aus den Wänden.

• Fehlender Service & Sauna-Mängel: Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser war bereitgestellt. Die Sauna kostet über 30 € pro Stunde extra und hat kein Licht! Die Dusche in der Sauna sieht aus, als hätte sie ein Heimwerker zusammengebaut, mit Schläuchen, die lose herumhängen.

Der Tiefpunkt kam nach der Abreise: Wir vergaßen eine Tüte mit Crocs und zwei Paar Wanderstiefeln im Chalet. Nach drei Tagen sporadischer Kommunikation behauptete die Managerin, keine Tüte gefunden zu haben und ein Versand ins Ausland sei unmöglich (obwohl wir alle Kosten übernommen hätten). Ehrlich gesagt zweifle ich daran, dass überhaupt ordentlich nachgesehen wurde.

Wer für eine hübsche Fassade und mangelhafte Qualität Premium-Preise zahlen will, kann hierherkommen. Wer echten Komfort und professionellen Service sucht, sollte woanders buchen.

I didn't stay in the cottage, but I did book a sauna. It was an incredible experience, highly recommend!

Wonderful spot to check out. The cabin is cozy with an excellent view. One of the owners, Beka, welcomed us warmly. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Svaneti.

Our experience at these cottages was incredible. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and soothing. The apartment was luxurious, chic, and fully equipped. We felt very at ease and savored every second. We definitely want to return! ❤️
