We've visited this guesthouse several times - once with our young child and also with friends - and each stay has been fantastic. The owner, Thea, truly treats you like family. She's warm and kind, always going the extra mile to make you feel at home in Svaneti. You can sense her positive energy right from the moment you arrive. If you're planning a trip to Mestia, don't hesitate - stay here. From all our experiences in town, this guesthouse is the best. ❤️

This is honestly the coziest guesthouse I've ever stayed at. The owner was incredibly helpful during my travels, assisting with transportation, meals, and offering great advice. Everything felt warm and welcoming.

The cottage is small but tidy. I did notice some ants on the floor my first night, which is pretty common in a natural setting like this. However, the owner kindly moved me to another room the next day when one became available. She is a really lovely person, so don’t hesitate to share your needs with her.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was charming, cozy, and felt like home. The highlight of our experience was our host, Tea, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She assisted us with everything, from arranging drivers to providing recommendations, laundry services, and making tasty breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. Tea ensured we had everything we needed and welcomed us with genuine warmth. We were truly touched by her kindness and hospitality. We even wanted to return, but sadly there was no availability. We are very thankful for our time here and would highly recommend this place to everyone! Tea, you are amazing! ❤️❤️

Great atmosphere for families and a convenient location.

Great spot, close to the main square. Our room is very tidy and offers a lovely mountain view.

The owners of this guesthouse are incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with restaurant suggestions and even with a flat tire. They truly go out of their way to ensure every guest feels at home. We loved relaxing in the sunroom with tea or coffee when we checked in, and having breakfast while enjoying the stunning views of Mestia. They even prepared lunch for our hike! The room was clean and a great value. We wished we could stay longer, but they were fully booked the next day.
