Очень далеко от города, нет горячей воды и внутри холодно.

The owner was fantastic and very helpful, picking us up from the airport at 4 am. The rooms were spotless. I would definitely recommend this place!

Очень разочарована. Побывали здесь в отпуске в октябре 2025 года. Забронировали номер заранее, а по приезду нам сказали, что он в плохом состоянии и предложили другой. В итоге номер оказался грязным, с паутиной и пылью. Гарячей воды не было, кондиционер не работал, а в душевой — плесень. Кроме того, деревянные ступеньки при входе провалились. Жалею, что не сделала фото этого ужасного места, хотелось только быстрее уехать оттуда.

Manchmal ist es besser, ein paar Euro mehr für die Unterkunft auszugeben. Das war wahrscheinlich die schlechteste Nacht, die ich je irgendwo hatte. Besonders im Winter ist es absolut nicht empfehlenswert, da es sich um eine Holzhütte handelt und die kalte Luft überall eindringen kann. Die "Heizung" hilft dabei nicht. Obwohl der Ort sehr abgelegen und schwer zu erreichen ist, ist es nachts nicht ruhig, dank dem Restaurant direkt daneben (wer georgische Feste kennt, weiß, was ich meine). Zwei von drei Mitarbeitern sind unfreundlich, sprechen weder Englisch noch Georgisch und haben eine Abneigung gegen Hunde. Und ja, im Bad riecht es aus dem Abfluss und auf dem Dachboden gibt es Mäuse.

The cabin was mostly clean, but the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor, and there was a terrible smell coming from the drains. Initially, I thought it was because of a damaged toilet drain pipe, but we were informed that the drainage service couldn't attend due to weather issues. They suggested moving us to a “premium” cabin, but it was actually smaller, and the lock on the entrance door didn’t work properly. When we called the receptionist for help, he struggled with it too and said he would ensure management would address the issue.

At night, it was noisy outside as people were having a good time; the cabins are next to a busy parking lot. The sound insulation from the windows was poor, making it feel like we were trying to sleep in the middle of a party.

We were worried about being overcharged based on previous reviews, but thankfully that didn’t happen. Overall, the view is nice and the cabins look good from the outside, but the experience getting there and the service were disappointing.

Très décevant. Nous avons réservé une nuit par le biais de booking. Après de longues recherches pour trouver l’hôtel, le réceptionniste nous a informés que le paiement ne pouvait se faire qu'en espèces et a affiché un tarif plus élevé que celui réservé. Après être allé retirer de l'argent, il a dit qu'il n'avait pas de monnaie pour nous rendre la différence, mais qu'il trouverait la monnaie le lendemain, ce qui ne s'est pas produit, nous obligeant à payer un montant supérieur à celui annoncé lors de la réservation. Concernant la chambre, la literie est simple et propre, mais nous avons été dérangés par beaucoup de bruit la nuit, causé par des personnes faisant la fête et écoutant de la musique forte. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

L'accès à l'hôtel est compliqué, surtout en hiver. De plus, le personnel demande un paiement en espèces pour la nuit et a augmenté le tarif (réservé à 57 lari la nuit, mais on a dû payer 70 lari : c'est inacceptable). Concernant le chalet, il est très sommaire, et la literie est de mauvaise qualité, mais vu le prix, on s'y attendait. Enfin, il y a beaucoup de chiens et des rassemblements sur le parking des chalets la nuit. Évitez cet endroit si possible.

Had I been able to give a score below zero, I definitely would have. I reserved a room a month in advance, but now it's in bad shape. They refuse to provide us with a different room. Getting to this place is a nightmare too. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone, even if it comes cheap. It's for your own benefit.

The receptionist, an Indian gentleman, doesn't follow the check-in procedures. The room is loud. Everything is terrible.
